Cruelty-Free Knit Anatomy Specimens by Emily Stoneking

AKNITomy is the first anatomical knitting brand in the world. The founder of the brand is Vermont-based knitter Emily Stoneking who transforms petit yarn dolls into anatomical details of rats, frogs, people, and other creatures.

Stoneking has no anatomical studies but she likes to form the anatomical structures inspired by numerous illustrations of this kind with clear colors and distinct shapes. These samples may not be 100% accurate but could be very instructive for non pros and especially for the kids who will be able to study anatomy without chopping any dead body. It's really a cool idea that could be applied in schools.
